Heat Treating
Blanks are cooled under pressure, after heat treatment, to eliminate warping.

Flatness
European DIN standards call for a maximum lateral run-out of 0.001” per diameter inch. We hammer the blade to half the DIN specs.

Precision Machining
Starting with the laser that cuts through the hollow grinding and toothing processes, every step of the manufacturing process is controlled by computer. The O.D. runout is held to a minimum and the sides are ground uniformly. Every blade in your shop will produce the cut you need. If you’re cutting large metal cross-sections, like I-beams or billets, or if you’re cutting large stacks or bundles of metal, our segmental blades will give you better, more profitable results.

Nishijimax Kanefusa Saw Blade Technology
Kanefusa saw blades, known as TA-3 and ST-4, are thin kerf, high performance saw blades that allow material to be cut faster and with less material loss due to kerf. The tooth design allows every to remove an entire chip. This blade technology works perfectly with the rigid design and machine tool capabilities of our Nishijimax machine.
