The HV Range of Danobat saws feature twin Prismatic guide columns. The main prismatic guide column travels on linear rails and linear bearings. The support prismatic guide column travels on free rollers. The result is a torsion free travel throughout the sawing range.
The HV Range is available in capacities from 40 inch to 63 inch. The HV machines are for sawing in demanding applications such as die forging and heavy manufacturing operations.

The HV band saw range are available with either a Wagen Style Feed System or Twin Saw Heads for maximum efficiency.
The HV range can reduce further manufacturing time by allow the saw blade to cut either horizontally or vertically, thus a section of a large work piece is removed via sawing rather than machining.
Each machine can be equipped with the IntelliCut Software to increase parts per shift, decrease cutting cost and remove the operator from the decision making process regarding the use of the saw blade and the cutting rate. |
